Resignation of Directors and Termination of Private Placement
Invenio Resources Corp. (“Invenio” or the “Company”) formerly Maestro Ventures announces the resignation of three members of its Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2010: Mr. Kris Kottmeier, CEO; Mr. Hans Rasmussen, President; and Ms. Ann Carpenter. Current Director Mr. Allan Williams states, “the Company thanks each director for their efforts and contributions over the last two years, and wishes them well in their future endeavors”.
The Company also announces the termination of its brokered private placement of 10,000,000 units at $0.15 per unit as previously announced in a news release dated February 15, 2010.
